To ensure a smooth mulch delivery process, we ask you to consider the following:
Access: Mulch will arrive in either a 4 cubic meter or a 15 cubic meter truck, similar in size to a fire engine. Ensure that the delivery location is accessible by a vehicle of this size. If a firetruck couldn't reach it, neither can we!
Clear Dumping Location: The chosen dumping site will need to be free of overhead obstructions, such as tree limbs, powerlines, roofs, or service wires. Ample clearance is essential for the safe tilting of the truck during unloading.
Terrain Conditions: Our trucks are not designed for off-road use. There can be no soft spots or steep hills along the path to the dumping area neither of us want to see the truck bogged!
Mark Your Spot: Once you've selected a suitable location, clearly mark it with a ribbon or marking paint. This ensures accurate delivery placement.
When placing your order, provide a detailed description of your dumping location in the designated field. By taking these logistics into account, you'll contribute to a trouble-free mulch delivery process.
